Life After College

Walking across that stage when they called my name. I didn't know what to expect but I felt ok, nothing changed. My family was there which I am grateful for because there a big part of my life. After the festivities of graduation ended, in my head I had a plan that would launch me into a place where I wanted to be....so I thought. I was trying not to come back home but I ultimately did. In those three months prior to leaving, I was trying to work on projects that would help me progress, but I wasn't. I was in this state of mind to not get a full-time job even though I was applying for companies. I was so called figuring out what I wanted, not getting interviews that I wanted didn’t help. A couple companies called me for interviews but I never called them back. I didn’t maximize my potential before I came home. I graduated with an IT degree, I learned a lot in those 5 years at college. It just takes patience which I am slowly learning as I write this. Every Boss was a worker at one point. My journey is different from what I envisioned but I am still optimistic that I will accomplish a lot of things. This blog will contain reviews of my lifestyle, toys, places, and many things I’ll write about. This is just the beginning, another chapter done.

Top things i learned in College

Coming in as a freshman at 18 was pretty cool, you meet a lot people through your time, some lifelong friends and associates. I wouldn’t call myself a shy person but I like to observe. Even though I hopped into a major without knowing anything about and I thought I was ready, I wasn’t. I went for Computer Engineering to Computer Science then to Information Technology, which I’m glad I stuck with it because I learned about programming and other disciplines in the IT world. I feel like I’m more business minded, I like to hustle. Let’s start off with networking, I had no problem connecting with people, now that I look back I met a lot of people. A lot of people on campus are really cool and easy to talk too, I was a quiet kid growing up. Another thing I would add is balance between and work and play. Time management is like one of things they teach you about eventually in college I struggled a bit with that. My freshman and Sophomore I partied heavy and I paid the price by letting my GPA dropped below requirement, and that put me on academic probation. I eventually lost my scholarship my only one. Also I learned was that it is good to write down your goals and dreams, and keep that in memory so that you can stay focused and make the best moves for yourself. Stay active and fit because freshman 15 is real. Met most of the friends, in the dorms, on the basketball court, and class. Don’t be afraid to talk everyone, you can learn a lot even when you fail.

Why I Chose Information Technology

Why I chose IT In my previous Article I didn’t start off in It and this is why I stuck with it. The reason why I chose IT is because the classes gave just enough taste of what I could do with what I learned. My First programming class besides web design was fundamentals of programming where we learned C++. The high school I went to didn’t teach programming, only excel, PowerPoint, word, how to type…you know the basics. C++ was like a foreign language to me, the book didn’t help that much, my first professor taught us on Unix which is great but I didn’t pick it up quick enough. Visual studio is more my speed when it came too C++, but I failed that class a total of 3 times. Prior to that I took web design which I enjoyed but I didn’t really do anything in that class somebody else did the work and got A or B. I am one of those students that will show up to every class but still struggle to learn, I daydream sometimes. I learned about PHP, which I tried in that class and got a C thanks to a couple of my classmates. Database Management is cool but I couldn’t see myself doing that for too long, teamwork was essential, everybody had to work on it. Also learned about IT security which a lot government jobs hire for that but I realized that wasn’t for me either. The only class I enjoyed was C#, web design, mongo db, and network multimedia. I would tell people I was going to be web developer but now I am just making my own website. App development, was a part of their additional courses but I didn’t think I would be interested at the time. Thank god for YouTube and free it-books, you can get books from there and learn about different programming or help you with class work.

Running Your Own Business

After leaving college I knew I wanted to work for myself. It does take time to do this and some capital, it depends on what you want your first business to be. For instance, I started as a sole proprietor, which has its own tax bracket, and basically in charge of your own debt that you accumulate. Let’s say you wanted to be a lawn care service provider. The only capital you would need to have is for your equipment to work and other expenses. Next thing would be to get clients if needed, which you can do variety of ways, word of mouth, job boards, and door to door. When charging clients, you can use a bill of sale or a different type of contract prior to doing business. Business is never personal and they say never mix friends with business.

Meditation

4/03/2017

Is your life out of whack? Do you not feel your usual self? Do you wish you had more control over your emotions? If so, then I highly recommend meditation or any form of practicing reconnecting with yourself which deals with breathing. Sometimes your life can get hectic and you feel out of balance. If you don’t listen to your body, you should it is your vessel. Meditation for me lets me filter my thoughts, because sometimes my mind runs a mile a minute. My shoulders were very tense and didn’t even notice till I started to focus on my breathing. If you combine with exercising on a daily, a lot your stresses will go down but you must stay committed. I first started out with 15 minutes till I realized, I just needed to do it long enough to clear my mind and be more focused on the present, regardless how long it took. I honestly wouldn’t recommend doing it for too long (no more than 30minutes), you might end up sleep or daydreaming majority. Meditation teaches you to monitor what’s going on within yourself body and mind. It’s a great habit to have but you should try it for yourself.

Starting your own website

If you are interested in programming, I think web design is a good starter to get you to see how it works. Then you can move to other languages that might interest you. There are many ways you can create a website with code such as html, CSS3, js, and php. I would recommend going to w3schools.com because that is a helpful site that shows you how to implement. There are also frameworks that you can use such as bootstrap, which give you templates on their website and other useful components. Don’t forget Youtube if you are having any trouble with coding. The editor frameworks I use are notepad++ and visual studios which are both free. Even if you don’t fully pursue web design you can start a business from it or learn how to make apps with phone gap or other programs it’s a start in the right direction.

Living life by principle

Living life by principles can help you grow and help you accomplish your goals. Even though I’ve just started I’m figuring out what I want to live by, I felt the change and growth. I am a very spiritual person, I understand life sometimes requires you to think and act differently. Your principles can get you through that rough spot. I learned about principle’s in the 7 habits of high effective people, and then I did my own research. I felt like I was already living by some of them, I just had to be patient and learn about them some more. Life is a gift and every day is an adventure, I was never a person to look down people because of their situation they are on a different journey than me. Write your own story, remember you always have a choice.

Quit Porn #NoFap

Don’t you have better things to do with your time? Porn can consume your life slowly but surely for a long period because you figure you’ll stop…eventually. That eventually will probably turn into years, and you would be looking back like I wasted so much time and energy. You can use that time and energy to purse goals, family joy, and other things that let you experience the world instead of being tied to your computer playing with yourself to PIXELS!!!! There is no better time than now regardless of your age. Once you quit you will allow your brain to start returning to normal, but it won’t happen overnight and you must fight those urges or die trying. Use those urges to go follow your dreams or go talk to girls with no agenda. You don’t want to miss out any more opportunities. There is a community online called nofap, other places such as yourbrainonporn.com to learn about rebooting and the effects porn has on your brain. When quitting replace porn with a positive habit or a hobby and not more hurting yourself.

Patience

With patience and having faith that everything will work out in the end, don’t ever give up. Good things happen to you when you least expect it. Things are working behind the scenes, but you still must put in work. “You don’t work you don’t eat”. Even the small things add up to a lot. If you aim high enough and shoot for it and miss at least you’ll be close to the target. Patience is a virtue, which means when all hell breaks loose and things aren’t going your way, are you going to let your emotions run you or are you going to conquer apart of yourself. Focus on the process not the results, enjoy the grind, it’ll make it just that much sweeter when you accomplish what you sought after.

Give your best effort aka willpower

On this journey learning to give your best effort is simple. It’s like wanting to ride a bike, or playing chess. You don’t want to fall off the bike it happens more, when your new rider. In the game of chess, you want to make the most efficient moves overtime and win the game. If you love it embrace it, and even if you don’t love embrace it as well it will teach you something. I like basketball a lot it is one of my favorite hobbies. Teamwork is must because it gets rough, you might end with some bruises, or cuts but it’s all worth it, because playing hard and you wanted your team to win. You win some you lose some, it’s part of the game, lesson learned either way. Sometimes doing your best means not taking breaks, not watching your favorite show or another sacrifice that can wait. You can’t get better if you’re not improving yourself. Apart of my daily goals is to be better than I was yesterday. The only person that’s is in your way or stopping you is yourself. It can get dark sometimes and you start to lose hope little by little. If you’re like me, you need to recharge yourself and not forget your mission. Accept how you are feeling, swallow it and move on, life is always on go with or without you. Keeping doing, even if you haven’t found what you want to do keep trying new things, keep an open mind. If I’m feeling different I just go with it, I’m learning to be comfortable with discomfort. You can shake it off with your mind power, breathing or music if needed. Don’t hide away from world, we are social beings, go out and have fun, balance is a must.

The art of reading

Reading is fundamental, you don’t necessarily have to read to be successful but it can improve your odds. For my work, it requires me to read my own work and hopefully others, or updates in my fields, so that I can be up to date on what’s going on out there. There are times when you are going to have to read between the lines. I try to speed read sometimes but I take my time, I believe my writing will pick up naturally. You can avoid pitfalls, wrong directions, and certain situations but that comes with time and experience. As for writing, until I get someone to proof read, I start catching my own errors, and that will come in handy for the future. Reading also helped me with focusing on things and not daydreaming as much. It’s a good habit to have, it improves mental prowess. You can learn different things, that you have encountered but the light bulb never clicked till you read about or vice versa. Don’t get sucked in too much, take things with a grain of salt you should find your own answers. When I was younger I use to read a lot of fiction but now, I’m selective about things that I read. I read a lot of non-fiction and self-help, and rather watch documentary type things.

Trust The Process

Before I began becoming process-oriented I was focusing solely on the result, and when I wasn’t succeeding. I would let my emotions get the best of me, thinking wasn’t positive, I was basically not fighting to keep my head up. Even though I’m a fighter, getting crushed even after winning some is harder, if you are not in the right place. I had to understand that it can be lonely, saddening, anger, joy and not get focused on trying to recreate the same results in my mind because that was limiting me to the greater possibilities out there. Every day is a gift, and a new adventure, the best time is now. Sometimes you are not going to want to work, but realize its ok to feel like that, you’ll slowly get over it. Your mind can work against you and create illusions to make you stagnant, positive emotions included. I learned that you must conquer every part of yourself and make it work for you. When you are in that bad mood realize it, and remind yourself you can change that now. Go for a walk, meditate, or listen to music, and a hobby to get you back on that road to glory.

90 day NoFap

I could say, I have made a lot of progress in these 90 days. My energy is up, I don’t feel down a lot, which could also be said by me being active almost every day, whether its lifting, or playing basketball. I started faping at the age of twelve, probably didn’t find porn till about 13 or 14 and it was like a world was unlocked but little did I know what I was getting myself into. I think I traded one vice for another I played video games a lot at that age, and if I wasn’t playing I was probably fapping my life away. Now that some of the fog has lifted, I am learning faster, remembering to stay away from triggers and devote my spare time to more productive activities. Less afraid to try things, the night before writing this I had this surge of energy just come out of nowhere but it might have been because I ate later than usual. When I make choices that are good for me and not giving in sometimes the effects are instant or over period of days are good. I will continue this lifestyle forever, I refuse to go back, not worry about the future, my life is now. Women are more attractive than ever, conversations with anyone run smoothly, when I’m not over thinking the situation, which was due to having low self-confidence. That teaches me to always be a student, learning never stops. Bettering yourself, is a great a feeling to have and maintain, I feel like I’m building a foundation for myself.

Does weed make you lazy?

If you are reading this, you must be questioning whether weed makes you lazy or not. Yes, weed affects people differently, but if you are looking for trouble then you will find It, same goes for excuses. Everybody has a little laziness in them, maybe you want to recharge for a couple mins to an hour or take that day off. Balance is a must, it’s a part of what keeps you going in the long run. It can be used as a bonding tool with other people. Depending on how you use it, it can be helpful for you, moderation is key. I like the way food taste and feels when I’m on cloud 9. When smoking Indica it can have you couched locked but you always have a choice to sit on the couch. Sativa is more of a head high, I like use this when I’m doing work sometimes.

The Art Of Action

You must act just like you are reading this, it’s simple isn’t it. Its ok to take breaks, and relax and destress. Action can lead to those things. Take your time building don’t get distracted, but its ok. Just realize action is needed to live, might as well not bullshit. Action fights depression because you are spending less time dwelling on the bad and you can choose to focus on the good. You enjoying that moment is going to want you to progress more, when you are looking at it different. The rabbit hole is rather deep; you go in to come back out. Pushing yourself to know your limits, and to know that you can break that, if needed. When you are doing things, your mind is quiet or helping you out, depending on if you are in the zone. Everything just comes to you; you increase your productivity profusely. It’s a like muscle that you want to keep exercising, it only has one choice but to grow. Currency said it best, “if you thinking about it, you probably been would have had it already” or something along those lines. It’s never going to feel right, perfect, or the ideal thought in your head, especially at the beginning. Focus on what can go right, at least you learned.

Creative Outlet

The perks of having a creative outlet that you can indulge in does the soul good. Mine right now is writing songs and other forms of creative writing. I get to use my imagination which I feel is infinite. This spills into other parts of my life too, solving my problems better or it helps me some other way. Creative outlet could also lead to money, who wouldn’t mind getting paid for something they love to do. You can also use it to help people that’s always a bonus too. Such as you can make funny YouTube videos, or you paint pictures. You have a gift right under your nose that could take you somewhere great. If you would like to show case your talent you can use twitch.tv, it has live streams where people are designing things to coding. It’ll help boost your confidence, because you are getting good at it, relate to other people that do the same thing, which is fun.

In college, I barely watched TV, I was too busy living life. TV has helpful shows where you can learn about different parts of the planet, foods, animals, and whatever you can name. If you watch too much TV it can get in the way of life. Even though a lot for people love their shows, it’s also could be used as escapism. Same with marijuana and alcohol, are you using it for fun or running from your problems. If I didn’t monitor when I did either, I could easily slip back to my freshman and sophomore year, by not having my priorities on lock. Over time your self-discipline will grow so you can maximize when and how you celebrate. Ask yourself what are you abusing and what’s for you? Asking yourself questions, is one step in the direction, if you are using vices to keep you from the reality. I sometimes, escape into my mind when I’m in new situation, places, and sometimes around people that I don’t know. I can make my self-panic and worry about irrelevant stuff instantly, killing my vibe. That stemmed from me trying to be perfect, and wanting the situation to go as planned in my head, but we all know life isn’t like that. You make it up as you go, now I can almost instantly catch when I am doing, and just breathe. Also, keep putting myself in discomfort, getting familiar and fighting it. I haven’t completely resolved the problem but it’s a start. Don’t run from it, as my new motto is just to embrace it, it is what it is.

Do you want to know the underlying force to self-discipline? Good because you’re reading this means that you the willingness to learn about it. You should prioritize what it is you want, plan and follow it. If you listen to motivation videos on YouTube, then you know that you must have some sort of obsession with your goals. It can be made easier to be self-disciplined when you replace the way you think of it. Just like you watch your favorite TV show with ease, but you should hold it off till later, to keep things simple you must force yourself. As soon as you wake up, hop straight out of bed and do your morning routine, and do it consistently till it feels normal. Changes starts with you and nobody else. Self-discipline is better than motivation, because motivation can run out. Find people that you know will hold you accountable, it will make it easier but eventually rely on yourself majority.

Sacrifices is a part of the game, when going without for some time you can get that clarity. Learning how to budget, save, and invest for a better future requires time to dedicate to researching, not spending money and planning for the worst. You can’t rely on someone else to do the work in the beginning, you might miss the fun but you’ll get back to it. To get that six pack that probably means no sugar for a month. To get all A’s in school, probably must study first thing, to keep the memories of what you learned fresh and play later. Taking the time to read about investing so that you can, start having passive income coming later. There will be that little resistance, but it’s for the good.

I think to succeed in life you must be grateful. It’s simple, you can look or feel around and notice what you are glad for, It’s here with you. It is also humbling to be grateful and helps with growth or roadblocks in your life when things are not going your way. To feel grateful just take a moment and relax and feel what you are thankful for and it will come naturally. If you are new to it, just think of what you would be grateful for if you were in third person. Positivity goes hand to hand with gratefulness, those that smile more are happier, it worked for me. You will never run out of things to be grateful for, try it.

Keeping it Simple Stupid is pretty much self-explanatory; you can expound on certain things better if you keep it simple. Sometimes one must ask the right question to get the answer you seek. When I try to do too much without fully knowing what I’m doing, I could either not fully complete it or ruin it. Sometimes when I don’t know what going on I just observe. Keeping it Simple in the beginning and then getting more complex is a good route also. For example, you’re going to a party and you don’t know anybody, you could worry about that or just go and fun. Positive people attract positive people or in this situation fun people. If you are not a good multi tasker, focusing on one thing can bring great results, after you have time to think about what just happened.

Why You Should Have Hobbies

Get you some hobbies, whether is playing chess or skateboarding. You don’t have to be stuck doing nothing or being bored. It can lead to new friends, boost your self-esteem, and help you find more things you want to try. Some Hobbies can turn into a profession, you like cameras start photography or YouTube, make content that you think people would enjoy. When I got home from college and wasn’t playing basketball on the regular or working creatively my mood was shit, I refuse to go back. I look forward to get up in the morning now more than ever and their apart of my goals too. Wouldn’t you rather be improving in life, than being stagnant, possibly reverting to someone that isn’t reaping positive benefits. I find it hard to start something up again, and find it simpler to just keep doing something that I always have done but also keeping in mind that I can branch off.

Emotions are very powerful if left unchecked. They are part of your being, and can be used for positive or negative affirmations. You can control them, to work for you instead of being controlled by them that could swirl into an angry self-destructive, depressive, and hopeless state. Thing is, you must catch them and realize it doesn’t have to go down like that. You can knock them out mike Tyson emotions out, and bring them back in to motivate you to move you to do something. Just because you feared those dogs doesn’t mean all dogs are like that, there probably more scared of you. You can detach from emotion and not let them get to you or rise above them. There are a variety of emotions, some that you may not be aware of.

Don’t ever stop dreaming…even when you are down bad, the odds are against, and when you are unfocused. Dreaming is an action, a vision that could come true. The only thing missing is the work to make that dream into a reality. Your dreams can have a positive feedback, if your self-esteem is high enough to believe in them. Don’t let the vison consume you where you get lost, you should get that energy from it and keep moving. It takes nothing to create with your mind, just as thoughts appear immediately, out of nowhere and it’s for the journey to remember to keep dreaming, your visons of how you want live with patience, you can succeed. If you had it all at once, would you enjoy it? Progress must be made, enjoy every aspect.

The Art Of Habits

Habits can breed motivation. When I was in my non-motivated state, I would work on something for like 30 minutes or an hour and stop. Then I would start to procrastinate on my next task. Next thing you know it didn’t get completed till months later. Don’t be afraid to mix it up to get started, as for me I would work on my website for 15 mins then stop. Them I would switch to writing for 15 mins or more. I would continue switching back in for to get through the pain of starting until I could do it naturally and not let myself talk me out of not completing it. I would still focus on one thing at a time to not mess up my focus. Instead of me feeling like” oh man I haven’t coded in a while, this going to be a drag” I feel more positive because I can do it. Now that the habit sticks, I can focus on building the next habit on my journey.

Think Less Do More

Your mind is a wonderful gift, but it can also be a problem. If you have not mastered, it yet than thinks less do more can help that. When you are doing things for instance writing, my mind is relaxed and words come to the forefront of my mind and I just go with the flow sometimes. I’ve had to transition from negative thoughts to more positive ones. I don’t think why I can’t do something I moved to I can or I believe in myself. Don’t worry about next week, next month or next year, focus on what’s in front of you. If you are relaxing and being lazy embrace it, it’s probably destressing you. Flow into your work your mind will try and talk you out of it but those are just distractions. This I think helps develop inner peace which everybody should work towards.

Align yourself could be that one thing you are missing to manifesting whatever it is you want out of life. You must want in your mind by envisioning it or dreaming about it whether a real dream or daydream. Your body must be relaxed from a good night’s rest, you are in good health, your attitude is that of someone confident because you kill it every day. Last your soul which should with spiritual practices and must deal with blockage in your life. Maybe you haven’t forgiving that person yet and you still have anger or hurt. A lot of the times its inner peace that is missing, and there are plenty of solutions.

Don't Let Anyone Define You

Be your own boss! Sometimes you forget that you have control over yourself. That means you control the way you think, what you eat, what you wear, who you hang out with, and what it is you want out of life. While you are on your journey it is easy to get caught up with the herd mindset and get stuck in the crab bucket. Remember you don’t owe anybody anything unless you agreed to it, word is bond to some people. If you hang out with negative people or people that aren’t helping you get better, how are you going to get better and grow? Only change for you, not your parents, your girlfriend, or anybody. Question yourself, don’t fear the truth, it’s in you. Growing up, sensitive, your kind of hold back because you want to be liked, then you realized that only a few understand you anyways, people that don’t like you, it just their reality and opinion. When you intently cause pain to others that makes you a bad person. There are a lot win-win situations, win-lose, and lose-lose. You are never going to be right in some people eyes. Don’t bite the hand that feeds you, respect the one’s that love you and go get it.

The Art Of Selling Shoes

To begin one must have capital for shoes or already have shoes. There are plenty ways of going about this. I will talk about 3 different ways you can sell shoes to make a profit. First is, let’s say you already have shoes like Nike, Jordan or Adidas. Do some research online to places like eBay, craigslist, and flight club to get an idea of what prices shoes are selling for. You can just sell the shoes outright the way they are which is cool unless they are rare or somebody wants them, basically the shoe will sell itself in a lot of cases. Most worn shoes can go from $0 - $100 its original prices. If you want to get more for it, start an art project and buy cleaning and painting supplies for shoes, so that you can fix them up, repaint them and sell them for even higher price, it’s all about who you know. 3rd is buying deadstock shoes selling with extra on top of the prices, sneakers head grow every day and some people miss out on shoes. This is what I did during college, I would win the raffle thing at the local sport stores, or get them online release. You can also repaint those, and sell them as customs, if people like your work, I would suggest buying older shoes to practice and do those and still try and sell those, if you wanted. Watch out for fake shoes, I used PayPal with my eBay transactions, be smart when doing in real-life transactions.

Graduation Gifts For College

If you know someone graduating from high school and is going to college. These are top things; I think is needed or wanted. Being young sometimes what they think the want is not what they need. Care packages are also nice throughout out the semester but we all know number 1 is their favorite.

  1. Money, Is for emergencies, extracurricular activities, books, laptop and other things needed that require lumps some if they don’t have a job yet.
  2. Food, if they are not on campus and eating at the café. Gift cards are useful also when off campus, this can also be used with number 1.
  3. Appliances, In the dorms having your own fride and microwave is very helpful, even if you are living in the on campus apartments. If you are living in an apartment, silverware, pots, trashcan, and anything else you might need to use.
  4. Cleanining supplies, Broom, soap, hand soap, you can also pay for clean-up of apartments when moving out if available.
  5. Bathroom supplies, shower curtain, toilet paper, towels, wash towels, little trash can.
  6. Room Amentities, depends on if furnished unfurnished – desk, chairs, bed spread, lamp, tv, iron and board.

How To Survive College

To survive college one must have grit, determination and a reason why they want to. Here’s a list to not only survive college but thrive. It is ok if college is not for you, I almost gave up after my sophomore year and it took me 5 years to get my degree. Number 1 thing I feel like to survive college is networking, every chance you get. From students in your class, major, and different majors, students from different universities. If the class doesn’t have a group me, make one, simple way to have an excuse to talk to someone. Talk to your teachers, people that work in your major, and the campus workers. People are cool, and if you trying to help yourself, 9/10 time, they want to help you too. They are most likely to refer you to job offers, sometimes to get your foot in the door, it’s about who you know. Just you networking all the time is going help you after college because you are comfortable talking, and it will make it simple to go after what you want. Number 2 is to study; you must do your own research and find out for yourself. Maybe you’re in the wrong major, I had to change mine several times. If you networked, people will give you their study materials, from the previous classes they took. Use the library, sometimes a change of place can help you study better. If your grades drop to far below the requirement it is going to be hard to get it back up depending on circumstances. Higher GPA will result in more jobs will to give you opportunities. Number 3 is Health, fitness, and sleep, most campuses have a café and recreation center. The café has healthy and fattening foods, the freshman 15 is real. Don’t be afraid to hit the gym, people are helpful and can show you how to exercise properly, if you don’t know how to. You can join clubs that have activities, so that you aren’t just stuck in the room. Get enough sleep, you can have long days between class, studying, and your other activities. If you like to party, don’t mix your liquor, you will learn quickly to get your shit done before you have fun because you will forget about it or just plain don’t want to do it. If you engage in a lot of activities find a balance, you don’t want to run yourself dry, college is what you make out of it, just like life.

Invest Save Money

Investing and saving is to always be prepared. Every check you get save a little of that if, you have money left over. A little add up to a lot, that money could be used how you see fit. Let’s say you were putting money aside for a trip with some friends. If everything goes right, you could go on that trip or pick a different trip. Maybe something came up, and something caused you to use some saved up money for a rainy day. Rich people always have hidden money whether its physical cash or in assets. Some assets are passive income. For me I save money for future investing opportunity or put it back into my businesses. Buying and renting out houses is a good investment opportunity. Its ok to be cheap, and still give, when people don’t expect things it is a pleasure to see their reactions. There is a saying the more you give the more you receive. Set a goal for yourself, anytime you have loose money just put it away, or if you are trying to change a habit put your money on the line and don’t dip into it unless being use to benefit yourself somehow, or have an exact amount so you know how much you are saving for. You sometimes surprise yourself when you forget about the money and find it later when you are busy, money is a numbers game, because it lets you know you can survive with less. I use to run through money crazy, especially on food(unnecessary amount on candy) I didn’t need. Investing and saving is a part of my lifestyle and aligned with my goals. Budgeting is like a weekly allowance which can aid in saving even more money. For those that like to spend money, only do it on a certain day. Back when I didn’t have things to save for money was getting blown rapidly, getting paid every two weeks or not cool at minimum wage. All you need is pen and paper or phone to track down where your money is going and proceed from there.

Why You Should Put Yourself First

A lot of people want to become super heroes for them. Not all super where capes. Everybody has their own path and giving is a good thing. Following your dreams is a good thing you can inspire people to do the same, life is what you make it, having a positive effect on others has a positive effect on you. It’s easier to follow you gut, you know what’s best for you. Put your happiness first, so that you can know what it takes to be that way. Wanting to take care of those you love is natural but also have boundaries, people must want to help their selves. Find that center in you because you will be tested, to see if you can stay on course. Take the time and learn about yourself that way you will see. Boredom for me can lead to dangerous amounts of sugar being ate, or I could fap and that leads to destruction of self. I use those triggers to do something productive or just remind mind self of my mission, and I refuse to be deterred. My will to succeed is far greater than going back to that place where I was not contributing somehow or improving myself. Were all connected as living beings I like to speak from experience, I am good at putting myself in people shoes. For me to succeed in other areas in my life, I know that it takes putting god first, practice, and patience just must be prepared because the opportunity is coming. I will grab it, because it benefits me and those connected.

What do you mean by give back Sir? Time, Money, or influence. For the people that can give time means that they can commit to a project of some sorts, community service, or coaching little league t-ball team. You can choose just about anything you have interest in or have knowledge to make it easier to teach others from expertise. It can help you and others grow, meet awesome people for you, never know might meet that special someone. If you are in high school or college its looks good on your resume and college application, shows that you apart of the community. Tutor or mentor a kid the positive effect you could have on their life, could be substantial. Great way to network, I volunteered at a festival met people, learned about different things, and listened to different music, had fun too. Those that money can send care packages when emergencies happen like the flint water crises or the Haiti earthquake. I like my donations to be secret because it’s not about me. You can start your own program if you have the time too or host it with a company and make a charity. My favorite football player has a housing program that gives house to single mothers. He gave one to future nfl player which, I thought was cool. Some of the footballer players made it to college and nfl, where I’m from, come back and do camps for the local youth. If you have own talent share it, somebody might be waiting to be the next great.

Traveling Is the best, you get to experience food, culture, and places. If you don’t follow my Instagram page do so, I will post pictures of my traveling escapades, so that people can enjoy until they visit. As a kid, I loved going to new places even though I had nervous feelings but I got over it, and had fun and made some great memories. I think its key for growth, to get out that comfort zone of your community. When you travel alone and with people, you will meet new people. The more place you visit the more connections you build; they could help with the language if you are new to it. I’m usually burger guy when it comes to restaurants, but I like to try new foods because it’s fun I’m a picky person, and some cultures have traditional foods that are cool. There is also hidden gems in places that you visit, so don’t be afraid to venture from the usual tourist spots but be safe.

How To Get Over Your Ex

Are you having trouble still thinking about your ex? It’s ok to still love and care for them but you must put yourself first, love yourself and take back your heart, you only get one. Block them on all social media and contact, you need to heal completely, you were find before and you will be fine without them again. Focus on your hobbies, passions, and getting better every day. There are plenty of fish in the sea, everything happens for reason learn and move on. Keep yourself busy but have fun and be productive, your happiness revolves around you. I would say if it’s meant to be it will happen, that can come with having faith and patience. It can be hard to not think about your ex due to her being still fresh in your mind, you’re probably remembering the good and the bad times but more on the bad times to get over her. If you are determined to get over the situation, notice that it was a learning experience, that helped you to learn how to have better relationships in the future. Follow your gut, you would know if something is right for you or not.

Have Fun

If you are not enjoying it, even if it’s hard that makes it worst. Things you hate, you still have love for it, it’s just that one minor thing you might not like about it. Life is gift, and it is supposedly limited why not have fun with everything you do. I think it will keep you going in the long run or at least help you build a foundation. This frees you up to be less outcome dependent. When I’m having fun I have completely different mindset, belief and attitude and it made me pick up the pen to stop running, and enjoy the bumps and to get over them that comes with writing. I’m sick as I write this, instead of being miserable and letting that get to me I chose to conquer it. This past weekend, I went out of to a friend’s graduation and had some fun but now that I look back, I could have major fun but I was holding back out of fear. That leaked over into my work life, and I could tell. Getting Better every day is a good feeling rather its fitness, writing, or even just playing basketball on the daily. When you look at things in a different perspective is easy to kick your but into gear and go full throttle. Your mindset, belief, and attitude in life determines, if you are going accomplish what it is that you are after.

My Fitness Routine

Too start Monday off, I play basketball for an hour to about 2 hours, because I get hungry when I play to long. This is my only cardio beside just running a mile or two. After that I hit, the weights usually, but now sometimes I might hit the weights earlier in the day, before balling. I bench first, and do 5x5, which I learned about in weight lifting class from high school. It has made me strong, and since I have been consistent my chest has gotten in shape. Then I move to the curl bar for 3x12 wide grip and throw in close grip to help speed up the process of gaining biceps, which works out my fore arms to. Also, use free weights can curls those also, and I alternate between free weights and the curl bar, I try to get a minimum of four days working out. I have another set of free weights that are light for shoulder raises front and side 2x10. As a last set, I’ll alternate between military press and behind the back-military press sitting and standing 3x10 or 3x12. I only work out an hour, I try to squeeze abs in the last 15 minutes. On leg days since, I don’t have a squat rack I power clean and put it on my shoulders and 3x10 and keep raising the reps because of the light weight before you add more weight. Dead lifts next 3x10, sitting leg raises 3x15, sitting calf raises 3x20-25 reps. Sometimes throw abs at the end of this workout depending the day.

The Art Of Fears

Growing up I was always scared of heights but I think it was that I couldn’t or wasn’t in control. Making the wrongs moves but they are all learning lessons. Wasting time on the wrong thing things in life, missing out on the good and fun things that could go right. Fear is an illusion, but danger is very real. Most people are really fearless and don’t even know it, it just that overthinking can cloud your mind, making the right steps to accomplish whatever it is you are after or wanting to do. Anxiety can be an underlying problem that comes with fears but anxiety is just you trying to cope with wanting to do something that you want to do but you just not acting Negative self-talk, can hinder also because that prevents you from acting because you might not feel worthy. To get over these fears, you might have to think back to a time, to what might have caused this from the beginning. Realize that you have come a long way, you have grown so far and are going to continue to grow. A lot of it is just really in your mind that you make up, only you can conquer, how you perceive things.

Mothers Day Gift Ideas

This past Mother’s Day, I got my mother a cheesecake, who doesn’t love sweets plus I was on a budget so I thought she would thoroughly enjoy it. She makes me cheese cakes sometimes for my birthday, she likes the bake and make things. She was also on her diet, so she ate slowly and enjoyed it over a few days. Flowers are classics, and you could choose nontraditional flowers or you could buy her something she always wanted or hinted at. Also, create something for her if you have a talent or hobby that allows. Spend time with her, and cook a meal that’s her favorite or something she’s never had. If you can’t cook, a food place is also nice. If there’s any events that you would find interesting you both should attend, can be a great bonding experience.

Top Things i Learned From My Parents

I learned that you only have one family, it’s the only family you have. Show support through celebrations, such as birthdays, graduations and anything that promotes positivity. Don’t be a slob, I use to be lazy at times my room would never be dirty but it was a mess, it was my mess. Cleaning, spills into other parts of your life, teaches you to keep your grass cut. Always have some hobbies, keeps you balanced to a point. Always speak as a quiet kid, my parents always made me say hi or else they would scold me into it. It would be somewhat a challenge because I wasn’t warmed up to someone. Go after what you want or else you won’t be happy, I think my parents are open minded, I am. Your parents can only do so much the rest is up to you.

Would I Go Back To School

The answer is no. I learned a lot during my bachelor program and graduating in five years, but school wasn’t for me, and I realized that in High School but didn’t know what I wanted to do with myself and time was closing in on me. When in school it kind of feels like you are supposed to have your life figured out, but that’s just the beginning. College was somewhat a last-minute decision even though I had raised my gpa up higher than what it was because I made it a goal of mine in case I decided to go. One major reason, I wouldn’t go back is probably because of the loans I still have, I racked up a lot of debt. Now that am out, they want their money, and I’d rather keep it. Another reason is studying; I rather be doing other things god forbid I forgotten a HW assignment and my grade dropped because of it. Having a job in college is extremely helpful, at one point I had two, while working overnight which can cause a lot of stress and make school less fun but it’s the price you pay when you slack. If you want an easier job, work for the school, you might can only get somewhere between 20-30 hours but I think it’s worth it. I didn’t have work study, but their ways to get around that. I’m glad I went through with it, met some pretty cool people, worked different jobs, and graduated. Now that I am out I can focus all my energy into building the lifestyle that I want, don’t have to worry about test that I didn’t study for because the subject was so gruesome and boring. I think I lowkey wanted to be a lawyer or doctor when I was younger but I think entrepreneur is just fine.

When I Feel Fustrated

When I fee frustrated I feel like I should be accomplishing whatever I need to be doing. I think it stems from impatience like “I want my money and I want it now” type of feeling. Anger can rage up inside but it usually goes away, frustration can linger a little bit an it can make me feel all type of ways, and can mess up my judgement. In those moments, I feel like a break is necessary to gathers one thoughts on the situation at hand, to make sure I am still seeing the bigger picture. Sometimes you feel like you shouldn’t be making mistakes, even though nobody’s perfect, learning is a part of the process. You don’t have access to the wisdom during times like that. I also might start thinking the world is going to end in a way. Just want to let off some pressure, working out or a doing a hobby to clear some room. Might have to invest in a punching bag in the future, heard that helps like a stress ball. Peace is not around when frustration hits and a winner never quits.

The Way I Drive Traffic To My Site

Right now, until I get the funds to buy promotion, and advertisements for different social media, I just mainly use twitter and Instagram. Since I haven’t taken any marketing class on my strategy for twitter is to just reply, retweet, and trying to viewed as much as possible. Never used twitter until now, and it’s a learning experience on what to say, to attract more visitors to your site. We all know content is key in retaining your visitors, and web design. Instagram, I like the best, it has the live feature, and you can comment under people pictures with remarks. I also upload pictures I have taken myself, to keep the page genuine to the mission. I promote it by myself, and I try to comment on things I have an interest in, and not to spam too much, spend less than an hour on both combined. Next step will be to start ads on facebook, and I will try other different social media tactics involving Instagram along with search engine marketing.

My Favorite Basketball Players Of 2017

Not a bandwagoner, I just notice talent in others that some people don’t see. Starting off with the chef boy, Stephen curry is a great shooter, might be the greatest, been a fan ever since he got in the league. Kevin Durant is another one of my favorite players, I kind of wish he didn’t go to the warriors because I believe they were going to win the finals again without him. It’s still amazing to watch this stacked up squad. Isiah Thomas is an underdog in the game, I felt like they were supposed to be in the finals this year, but they folded. The amount of heart this kids has is unbelievable. James harden is up their too, great player, wish him and OKC could have made agreement, they had enough firepower back then to take over the game. I give Russel Westbrook his props, he’s killing the game, with all those triple doubles, most likely get the MVP. I think KD will return to OKC most likely, he just needed to grow. Seth Curry I feel like is underrated, he can shoot and play just as good as his brother. Damien and cj McCollum is nice, and so is Kyle Lowry and Demar DeRozan. I like the whole clippers team, but they just won’t win, when they need to. Kawhi Leonard is raw, but he still needs some help. Minnesota, I feel like is going to get better, and be contender for that finals spot. Jeremy Lin, is another person that I like to watch, I think he should go the pelicans, he might fit in perfect there. Porzingis is good but I don’t watch him enough, Carmelo is going through it, he got his chance to leave now and go chase that ring. Mike Conley is nice, with ZBO and Gasol, I feel like they are fun to watch. My love for watching basketball came from watching Detroit and the Orlando magic back when they were contenders for the finals. Can’t forget Lebron, I was a Lebron fan when he first entered the league he is doing great things and still are. I like when players do good things off the court, give back to the youth, basketball is all about having fun and competing with teamwork.

Dog Vs Cat

Before we get started, I am a dog person, I had a couple when I was younger and they all ran away or maybe even given away. You would think that would deter me from getting some in the future but it isn’t. Dogs take a lot of patience, and as a kid that liked a lot of things, my past dogs barely got all of my attention. They were a little too wild and untrained an I had no clue what to do. I probably should have started with a cat, I didn’t have a cat until college where I realized that they kind of take care of themselves. I liked the fact that they can be chill and want some attention, on their terms. At others times, they’ll wreck some furniture, pee in your bed, it gets tiring washing sheets. I think the cat was trying to tell us something but i didn’t get it. Cats should have a litter box unless they live outside, scooping poop is not that fun especially when it stinks like you ate some taco bell. I’d advise getting a boy cat because when cats get in heat, and if they somehow escape, they can get pregnant. Cats are cool when they are chill, their scratches can be ferocious, and they shed a lot depending on what type you got. Now back to the ferocious canines which I find are extremely loyal depending on how you treat them. Curious they are can get into a lot of messes if left alone, sometimes reckless. Get them trained early, learning with them never stops, you can visit a lot of dog parks and use your dog as a conversation starter piece. Some dogs are friendly and good with kids and can protect them when you are not around. Dog require a lot more attention than cats, so you should get two dogs or a dog and a cat for variety. Cats and dogs make great pet, so instead of buying adopt from your local shelter.

Club Vs Party

Who doesn’t love to have a good time and have fun. The club is where you can attend concerts that artist perform at. A club may also have vip where you can be in a vip room (depending on the club), or booth on the club floor. They usually come with bottles, the same bottles you can get from the liquor store but more expensive. Such as dark liquor that is Hennessey, 1738, jack Daniels, clear or white liquor like Cîroc, grey goose, and gin. They also might have champagne bottles which are usually cheaper, locations may vary. Some clubs don’t allow smoking. You can also throw events yourself, host at them. Certain clubs have different entry points to get in faster, if the regular lines are packed, they may also have express or vip entry. I have been to clubs such as Tallahassee coliseum, Tabu, Rockbar, and recess which is a rooftop area. Tampa Prana and Orlando knight’s library is fun to go to, and I have just gone to the SOHO, which is mainly a bar area. Next up is parties can be a more of an intimate vibe. They can have different themes that you make up such as costumes, lingerie, etc. You make the list if you are throwing it vs a club where if you get a booth or section only the people on the guest list get in with it. Parties can be cheaper, if everything goes well. House parties are cool because most likely the one’s you are going to you have similar music tastes. Dj’s determine the vibe of how things are going to play out for the night, different location dj’s maybe only allowed to play certain things. If you want be around a certain crowd you choose between both clubs and parties, both amazing experience. Keep your hand over your drink keep it from spilling and something getting slipped into it. It is all for the celebrating, when it’s time to celebrate you celebrate.

This what I eat, if you have any helpful tips and foods that you think I would like feel free to email me. Start off with breakfast I use to eat cereal with milk but then I changed to almond milk while in college. Now I am back to regular milk but I eat that as a snack sometimes, I’m not completely ready to give it up yet but I moderate it. Everything in moderation, creates balance. I buy quinoa and eggs, which they both don’t take long to eat. For my lunch, I buy turkey burgers, box of chips, spinach, and chia seeds. I sometimes purchase almonds from time to time, those are delicious. I buy the 60 pack of eggs, to have like a workout meal, protein comes in handy. Fruit such as watermelon, oranges, strawberries, and peaches is for the smoothies that go along before the workout. Dinner, is usually salmon with black beans, quinoa or brown rice, if someone didn’t cook. For desert, which is nothing usually, I might make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

What I Spend My Money On

Money, Money, Money, I bet you could tell a lot about a person, on what they spend their money on or at least a little bit. As of right now I spend money on gas, to get around you know in case I need to be somewhere. Food is on this list too because I need that nutrition and nourishment, try to keep it on the healthy side I love my body. I hate feeling sluggish, and zapped or sick for that matter. Haircuts is also purchased, which can run me anywhere between 5-17 dollars depending on which barber I go too. Choose your barbers wisely they can make or break you. Bought a website this year, paid cheaper price with a promo code, got love for the internet. I am cheap so not too much goes in my gas tank if I’m not going long distance. Food monthly can run me anywhere between 200-250, sometimes you have to make somethings stretch.., when saving for things.

The Art of Inner Game

To develop inner game one must master themselves. Every day you make choices that are going to benefit or harm yourself so you must stay present and be mindful of your thinking and emotions. This can be something as simple as not eating candy that someone has offered you. Sometimes you can be on autopilot, and don’t realize that you do things such as emotional eating. When People are sad they eat a lot of things that aren’t good for them because it makes them feel a certain way. It can also happen in reverse where you over indulge because you are winning in life, and not choosing to stick to your goals, and you can fall victim to just about any situation that involves your choices. If you are at the point where you having trouble making choices, ask yourself why? Is it because of a emotion and or your thinking? There is this gut feeling you have or inner voice that you should be listening to always, because it knows you best. The thinking mind can sometimes get in the way of that, and you can overthink situations causing you unnecessary stress. In a trading book that must deal with Russel Livermore he had a certain rule that he followed when it came to trading: “Don’t concern yourself with why something is happening, what is happening is more important”. The only way you are going to learn to get better at anything is trial and error. If you have time to concern yourself with why something is happening, you can figure out what it is that is causing the conflict in you but you still must embrace it and move forward. Meditation is key to developing inner game so far, I have a counsel with myself because I trust myself the most. When focusing on your breathing you can sense different areas in your body. To control your emotions, and not let someone control them for you because of what they are saying.

Changing The Way You Think

First for starts the way you think can be a blessing or a lesson. Let’s train our mind to develop positive wats to get things done, so that the blessing can come raining down. Here’s the lesson in which the mind can trick you into not completing something. Your mind is the first tool to create something but you still need action to bring it into reality. Before we get to that the people you surround yourself with can help you grow. Let’s say you are in a bad mood or don’t feel like working out. Imagine yourself just sitting thinking of excuses, or trying to make it go away. If you have time to think about why you shouldn’t or don’t want to you have time to think about it in reverse. Such as thinking, I can work out because it promotes consistency within myself. Boom there you have and just hold on to that, till you finish that workout or start. If you give your mind something to chew on for a little bit to get going, it starts a chain reaction. You can also cram whole bunch positive things in your mind to get you going, but you don’t want to overthink the situation because it’s simple. Changing the way, you think is to get you out your comfort zone to do things and getting rid of the negative loop that doesn’t do anything for you but bring you down. Your body craves the good stuff like self-develop, using your gifts and talents. Instead of thinking why a person wouldn’t like me, I think that they are missing out on talking, dating, a great person or whatever the case may be. You can also focus on what matters most to you and use that as fuel to the fire. It is not going to come over night it should be cultivated daily. You are the artist of your art which is yourself, you have nothing to lose by giving your best effort. When you listen to your mind you will be able to catch the thought patterns that are not useful, and you also can monitor your emotions because fear can lead you to not taking action.

Where I Would Like To Travel Part 1 - Japan

As a kid growing up I liked a lot of things, but only a few things could keep me still and entertained. One of my favorite childhood show was dragon ball z, it had so much action in it, my brain craved it. Fast forward to now, I still like anime, but not much of a magna reader. I prefer the shows even though they have subtitles sometimes, maybe one day I’ll teach myself as I watch. Video games all the way from Sega genesis, Nintendo, and GameCube allowed me to create this imagine in my head to be able to go this place where I could play all the games and watch all the anime I could tolerate. I still feel like I would have to learn Japanese as some point unless things were translated on the regular when I got there. When I was, younger I felt like japan was more technology advance when it came to things that people in the USA didn’t have yet. I still want to experience their culture, especially the food, how they live, and have as much fun possible. When I do go I probably wouldn’t spend that much time playing games or watching anime, the food tasting is at the top of my to-do list. Watching Tokyo Drift from the fast and furious series opened more interest of what life could be like, plus I seen documentaries from the discovery channel. Now that I am older, I would like to experience their nightlife. Also, like to visit museums, if they have any that deals with the samurai or ninja, would like to bring back a samurai sword or katana. Big fan of kung foo movies but I don’t know how much of japan culture is a part of that. Overall japan always felt like a cool place that anyone should visit.

I caved in even though, I was doing good but not good enough, I think it was inventible because I was not giving everything my best effort. In regards to my progress I was on a 6-month streak of nofap, which I am extremely proud of, but I not satisfied until I nip it in the bud completely. The main reason I am writing this is because you should give your best effort in regards to your life which involves your purpose and goals. I was slacking in some areas, and paid the price, I even feel like god was trying to warn me too but I didn’t heed his message. I let that feeling creep in me, and did not manage it and I succumb to it. I am not same person as I was yesterday, every day I am growing, and its ok to leave the past where its at, so I can focus on the present. One must stay on Ps and Qs of everything going on can not let anything slip by. You must go through the bad to get to the good, everyday is a lesson, when you are a winner, by putting god first anything is possible.

Why the world is set up the way it is. You know the rich get richer and the poor get poorer as some would say. I think that the reason everybody is not treated the same is because everyone has their own agenda. Their perspective on things will cause them to look up to someone or look down but I view everybody as the same, we are on different paths in life. For things to change, we would have to overthrow the 1% or make them help change the we live as a human race on the lively planet. You could say that the 1% is just waiting on us as people to throw away the bad ways we live and view each other because there is still racism and classism for those that are still plugged in. I believe a time will come when the truth is revealed but how long would that take. It is what it is, the few can show the light, we should produce more than we consume. Anything is possible when people work together, and put their minds to it. Until that time that we evolve, we must grow individually but must remember we are never alone. If I Won The Lottery 2017

I would stash some of it in different locations that nobody would find. Invest in businesses, create my own if needed. The businesses I would probably own are Kryspy Kremes, some ice-cream shops that have snow cones too, and cannabis shop that helps people. Give back to family and the community. Use my money to enter occult places that have history that the public knows nothing about. Buy every car I ever wanted to test drive, and get a jet to travel. I would have house like Mr. deeds. Still have a regular water fountain, and flavored for my guest, some with natural juices, candy machines, fruit machines, a butler and old-school arcade games. Make sure to have a pool, and some swimming lessons. There is that most expensive ice-cream in New York, hopefully it tastes as good as it cost. Probably have some kids a little later. Buy a lot of land, and maybe an island. Live the rich and wealthy life “hahhaha” but I already live that. Also, keep that I won a secret.

Why You Should Take Pills

I feel like pills are very unnatural thing to introduce to your body. People should live a healthy and active lifestyle to prevent from having to use things that are unnatural because they can affect your body negatively. You can also build up a tolerance for certain drugs which would make a doctor up a dose, honestly if it worked the first time why would you have to keep using it. The pharmaceutical companies want you to keep getting sick, so they can profit. Pills can also affect you on a psychological level if you aren’t careful. I am pro cannabis because it comes from a plant that you can grow, Pro anything that is used safely and for medicinal purposes that is organic. When I had, my teeth pulled and they gave me medication, I quit taking it because it didn’t make me feel any better. I was better off just getting used to the pain until it went away, it made me stronger mentally in a way. When growing up I had seasonal allergies that would lead me to getting sick often, I use to take pills all the time, but now that I change my life, the only time I get sick is if I am not monitoring where I am putting my hands or if food isn’t getting cooked properly, germs spread quickly.

Something I Found

Back in my younger days of elementary school, I stumbled across a seemly magical four petal clover. My birthday is in march, so I felt like it was a sent down from heaven solely for me. As soon as I met my favorite flower at the time, I magically discovered 5 dollars on the ground immediately after. I think that was one of my best days in elementary school, except when F-cat came around and we devoured those super donuts, with milk and cheese. Then by the end of the day, the 4-leaf clover went missing from my back pack. I have my assumptions about its whereabouts but I was disappointed but, I’m happy I found one. Moral of this story is that being in a good place attracts good things, and you can only hang on to sad things for so long.

I should have asked myself that a hundred times before college ended. Mentally I felt like I was prepared for whatever was going to be thrown my way. As time went by I had loss that mentality and had to build a new one slowly, piece by piece. Not much of a planner it, but one should have structure that keeps building. Self-discipline is what keeps you going, forming those good habits. There are going to be down periods that are followed by highs. I realized just on the other side of a not so good day is a good day waiting to happen. Learning to trust in yourself, in the process, and enjoy, I’ve learned that my workouts are much smoother. Being fully prepared to do whatever it takes to accomplish what you’ve set out to do is a great feeling. Learn something new every day, that pushes you to want more but you know it coming by just living your best life. My question to you is are you prepared to get up and do what it is you want to do or do you kind of want it. That kind of want it, attitude is negative energy because it doesn’t match belief and actions. Take that step on the other side of failure is success, that failure puts you one step closer. Pay attention to yourself it won’t lie to you, you know what you are doing is good for you. Just like you are packing for your dream vacation, you are not going to miss one item you wanted to bring, you packed everything like yesterday. Improving

On this journey, frustration tends to build up when you lack patience and not focusing on the right things. Frustration have taught me to love the moment of not succeeded right now, it’s a teaching moment not to hang onto to it to let it go, well it lets go itself. One must not compare oneself to another person’s journey. If you are on your right path things behind the scenes line up together because you are putting in the effort. Sometimes you are going to need that break to relax and clear your head so that you can continue at your best so it can manifest faster. As for me, improving comes along with making sure I work out 3-4 times minimum a week. I went through a couple struggle weeks in the past where I wasn’t in the right place, I wasn’t pushing myself. I am in full control and make time for it because I want to. Can’t be influenced by external things even though it is cool but not the focus or motive. In college, I always wanted to bench 185 and then move to 225. I know I can get 185 one time, which is a success. I was just wanting to exercise to get stronger, don’t forget to check if you are on task for your goals to maintain the path. At the pace, I am going right now, I can probably get to 225 in about a year. I use to worry about not getting too huge, but now I simply DNGAF. I just at that point where I was questioning myself why haven’t I got this or that, and that was blocking my happiness, being ungrateful blocking the joy, I get from grinding and earning the what I want. I am improving mentally, physically, and spiritually. Even when it comes to writing, decided to expand into poetry, I was already writing songs here and there. It keeps me creatively writing because I want to eventually get into music. Day by day bettering oneself is a great feeling and addicting and can lead to you improving in other areas, you probably haven’t noticed, but I think it’s also important to feel it too.

Overthinking when you shouldn’t. Thoughts that pop up should be observed, are they positive or negative. Do you want more positive? Its ok to notice the negative side so that you can go about using it the right way for your benefit. Action provides testing out things to determine if they work for you or not. You must trust your gut, it wants you to have the best outcome, your mind can be cloudy from various things going on in your life. The best idea’s just come out of nowhere, were you are just relaxed. Of course, you can work through stress but you are not at your best form, for some people the law of least resistance works best till you get the hang of how to manage stress. You are your best when leave it all there after you done, not second guessing more like smiling because you can do it again. Taking care of everything about yourself mind, body and soul. Most people overthink because they doubt their selves, the only way you get good is by doing, combine those and you learn how you work. Let go, you might realize that you are far more in control than you think. Decide now you know it’s the right decision for yourself. My overthinking stems from worrying way too much, I am slowly killing it day by day because I have been catching it, and putting my mind on more positive things like the benefits I am going to receive by it going away. What am I worried about, then why am I worried about it, and can I solve it now. If not then it’s not a problem, have faith that everything is going per plan for your best possible outcome.

Self-Discipline

Self-discipline, one must not let up for anything in the world. You must be willing to die for it so that you won’t cave in and not to think about it. For every one negative thought, replace it with several positive ones. Suffocate the life out of the habits that you don’t like or want to change. I am still working the best mindset to have, a challenge I have now is that after a good basketball session, sometimes I don’t feel like working out after. I usually have the energy for it no matter what, but I am not satisfied with just the basketball session, should work out beforehand. FYI usually ball 1-2 hours and workout 1 hour after that. Thoughts can bring about emotional pains that I feel action can break through and help form new mindsets, learn by doing. Pushing past the days I don’t want to do something or feel like doing it can forge new things because it is a part of my goal to get a certain amount of workout days. Honestly feel great when I do workout and finish but I think my problems lies when I give myself too much time to overthink or not visualizing the good things. My mood can sometimes distract me developing emotional mastery is key, and observing myself or rather my inner self to make sure I know when to push it and when not too. Watching oneself is the major key when it comes to self-discipline, notice every little twitch, whisper. I think it builds the awareness. Know what type of emotions there are so you can identify sometimes I can confuse excitement with another emotion even though you want to control. Something I realized a while playing basketball, disciplined myself to have a never give up attitude, if I am still breathing I can win. Self-discipline is a lifestyle had to learn that it’s not over just because I missed a shot, I have incorporated a smile and eventually laughter if a mistake happens but I still get right back to winning, just a learning lesson. I put that to towards my work when I make a mistake, slowly turning my work into more fun buts it not play time yet. Work hard now, play harder later.

Racism in the US and probably around the world is crazy. People are usually scared of things they don’t understand and very few will get out their comfort zone. I think all people were essentially created equal but being human, we are all different in our unique ways. Whether that is being different skin color or height, gender etc. Hate is essentially taught by the world to divide and conquer. I sometimes go off the vibe, or I can usually sense if a person is good or not to stay away from regardless of what they look like. Some people judge a book by its cover, that can cause them to build a preconceived notion at times because someone who’s different from them or stereotyped. There is always the hard headed one that don’t change, humans are made to adapt. Racism might not exist in the future due to what is going on now. You really can’t be mad at someone because of the way they think but when they try and cause harm to prove a point a boundary should be set. It gives some people power to feel like they are better because of their differences, we were all put on this planet. The choice is yours to determine how your and our future is going to be racism is taught by everything depending on how you look.

Progress...

Finally making progress with my main hustle, YouTube is wonderful tool with information. When somebody explains something that you knew was there it open doors in the mind, and you have a “thank you” moment that’s brings joy. Learning more and more about oneself is great, there is no in between with me, committed or I’m not. I used to read the bible somewhat when I was a kid but I would do it on my own terms, not someone else’s and I finally started reading it again peace by peace. The new living translation 2nd edition is what I recommend because it has the topics that can be directly searched in case you are in search of specific of them that pertain to you. If I work from my source inside me I feel like I can do anything energy levels are up, using my down time to be productive because I could literally sleep all day. I can get bored easily if I don’t watch myself and I know that can lead to doing unnecessary things, goals this month is to maintain and improve without being too hard on myself in the process. Giving is just as good as receiving. Love opens doors with the right the right people, trust yourself and you will be linked with them. The mindset of turning the negative in to the positive of your thoughts not because somebody brought their feelings and thoughts to you. Detachment is way to handle things, when it comes too things that one may not be so passionate about, you are finding a way to solve to find what you might like in certain situations. Which is probably connecting it to your happy place. One must be on that certain level already to be open, how you handle life all awesome gift, it has bestowed upon us. There is so much to discover within, your inner world projects to your outside reality. One thing I felt like, took me a while to accept, I was fighting the truth, but we are one. I was lacking passion, motivation only does so much which reminded me of the law of least effort. The path is not an easy one but have faith in your purpose.

Another Day

Took a couple L’s but I gained something also. During this process of changing one’s mind has been difficult. You must be aware of when your mind is producing negative thoughts and not let them in, but if you did release them and replace. In situations that might attract negative thoughts, like when I fail at something I try to laugh it off, and or learn from it and realize I can do better next time. After, that the key is to not let the mind dwell mentally or emotionally because when you dwell you can be held up by it and not even notice till after. I have created a happy bubble that I can receive positive encouragement from myself, and to just be. Now I must connect it to my progress and cutting off bad habits, such as my addiction to bad drugs. My new drug that I would like to have is to self-improvement. Found out the way I am feeling can cause me to dip into these drugs, aligning my mind with the way feel can help me cut out those drugs completely till I learn to moderate my real priorities. When I let, my mind run amuck it can lead me to feeling hopeless and useless in some areas of my life and cause inaction. If I just go with how I am feeling, I probably wouldn’t work out at all or write. The growth is real though, I feel a lot closer to mastering myself even though I took some steps back. Also, been watching a lot of those motivation videos, you universe, Eric Thomas, les brown, Jim Ron, and Abraham Hicks, I find these very useful to give my mind useful content during work and rest.

At times, my conscious tells me that some things are off. I don’t fully realize it till I see what “me” was trying to tell me. Meditation and writing has helped me sort out my feelings and mind. As for the writing, it is like putting a mental note in my head because some problems must be solved piece by piece sometimes. The mediation has me more Intune than before, I can still be confused by other people’s energies but I recognize it at times, I listen to myself so I can sort it out. My decision making has improved a lot, I have been sorting through emotions that I may encounter on the daily. I know it is either going to work or I am learning to try again till I win. All the thinking in the world is not going to solve problems unless I use the solution. I am going to implement, try it and do it when I think of things that I should be doing now that I have hit a certain level in my mindset, it is time to push the boundaries and not get comfortable to keep pushing perseverance and faith pays off. Key is getting out the comfort zone.

Acquiring knowledge is key, and the next step after that is internalizing it. Sometimes you may forget key steps that can solidify the consistency of what you want. One you build that foundation for whatever you seeking like confidence. You don’t want to build it based on external validation because once you are by yourself, you may find it difficult to do certain things that you fear. When you are with a group you can get caught up in an all the emotions of the things going on. Which can be helpful at times if it aligns with your moral and codes. Once you get to your base self and what triggers you and realize you control the strings and you practice daily. Let’s say you want to internalize getting out your comfort zone, all you must do is think have I tried this yet? If not do it, if it can benefit you in some way. At times when you are hesitating to do something it is based on some fear or lack there of. Always look inside of you to find the answers for yourself. For me I feel as if I am finally tapping into my creative powers, and slowly finding the strings to pull me into action which is cool because it aligns with my purpose which makes things more transparent. Opinions Don't Matter

Slowly realizing that a part of me cares what other people think and it is holding me back. That is taking up mental space in my head for no reason, when I could be using it for more important things. I am killing it, and it is becoming easier to visualize positive things I want. It keeps me more in the present, I am less hesitant to do things, and be more relaxed than I usually am. The key to catching it is making sure you are breathing properly and in rhythm with yourself and surrendering to the now. I am a day dreamer and I think a lot constantly. The more focused I am on doing things like for example writing, I can easily come up with other topics and expound on them through personal experience. The more I am focused inward I can sense when things are not right. Find balance every day is process to understand myself and hopefully help someone else understand themselves too. Also, realize that they can grow and become whoever they want, you only get one life might as well make it your best.

Taking my control emotion of the equation so that I can add up more productivity. Just seen a Jim Carrey interview where he was saying are energy and we emit energy. If you are emitting the wrong energies, it can be harder to manifest the things that you want. Break through that barrier that is stopping from taking control of you. Get back into that happy place, positive emotion being inside and putting it out into different ways will return to you. The mind can put up barriers also, where you feel like something is too much or something isn’t happening fast enough. If you let it take over, don’t worry you change it or prevent it if you start to notice negative things seeping in. Using my heart and then let my brain add in when necessary is helping me a lot because I am staying true to me. The mind can be confusing at time but the heart wants what it wants.

One must be on guard and watchful of everything until it becomes second nature at the beginning stages. I must only allow the good things in, because they nurture the growth. For instance, I am going to implement not eating sugar and not listening to music for a certain amount of days. Living your best life is realizing that you have right now to accomplish any and everything you want, and that you can do it. Also realizing that you are happy right now even though you want more and not being where you want to be yet or think you should be. Enjoying every second looking forward to what is. Even though you haven’t learned the skills yet you must believe that you are perfect the way you are strong, powerful, loving, whole, harmonious and happy which I learned from the audios on YouTube. I think believing in yourself is the first step. The next step is to realize that you are where you are for a reason and enjoy it, take the steps to change if you want something different always learn and grow. On this journey, I had my down moments where I felt like things weren’t happening fast enough, why should they I wasn’t in the right place to enjoy it fully I was still complaining, not being grateful for things I already had. I am feeling the life in me to create what I want, I am learning to do things differently than before which brings about a positive energy. If I make a mistake it’s ok just learn from it, and try again till I get it right. I treat myself differently, respect myself a lot more and I notice how people respond to it. I enjoy the little things, I am feeling a lot lighter (quicker to do things), I am not overthinking situations as much, I am in fully in charge of me and only me. Life is a gift, I use it to just focus on situation’s, people, and problems and I was dreading encountering those things at one point. I had to change the way I perceived it, those situations help me grow, I am not going to block the blessings by taking anything personally. Now I know it was just a challenge to keep me going in the right direction to make better choices to live life to fullness and be happy.

Separation

Separating yourself from your thoughts puts you in a place to allow them to flow and be aware. Before I would let them control my mood, and how I was feeling. I feel clearer and lighter, I been training my mind to flow information and to allow whatever comes in. They came in for a reason, you don’t have to perceive them as I negative or positive it is just a thought. It was like I was fighting myself to get into the flow, taking massive action so you build up that momentum. The momentum will pull in those down days to make sure you are always aware, but self-discipline will solidify. I think I had a break through because I was just wondering how the hell do I get to the next level, I want to improve in all areas of my life. You must go from the bad to get to the good, it’s going to be difficult before it gets easy. I think fasting helps even though I only do a little at a time, it helped me sort through what is going on inside of me. I am trying to make sure everything on the inside is on the right side and working together. I was having difficulty accepting certain things when I was trying to learn and process. I guess it comes from self-acceptance of myself now that it is easier to simple understand it and let it be, if it doesn’t resonate with me. Bahamas Freeport Experience

My time in Freeport Bahamas was a chill and lovely. I spent it with friends and family, a couple years back. We went for my uncle’s birthday party which was a fun event. The beach had white sand which felt great because it wasn’t too hot. We ate at a restaurant which had cooked a big fish that was still looking like a fish freshly caught out of the water, I was amazed. I only eat burgers when I go to places, you won’t go wrong with that in my opinion. Later, I got to ride a jet ski for the first time that was exciting yet kind of scare for me because I haven’t fully learned how to swim yet, luckily, I didn’t fall in like my cousins did. I would do it again it was thrilling being miles away from the beach the oceans go from very clear to dark really quick. On the tourist part, they had a casino it was a decent size. They had good ice-cream where the shops were at. I had got one of the best burritos from one of the bars that we frequented while we were there. The people there were cool, I enjoyed my time there. I think on Saturday we went like a block party type of thing where they had vendors that had the best sweet sauce I ever tasted. It was guava I’ve never experienced something like that and I was hooked. They also had music out there and everybody was having a good time.

Bald Head Routine

At the ripe age of 24 I started to lose my hair in the front of head. I wish I would have took photos but I didn’t, but I can write about it. Never in a million years did I think I was really going to cut my hair of completely voluntarily. Genetics finally played its part, and therefore I took the route to just let it go for the most part, my hair tends to grow back fast. I was steadily showing signs in the middle of my head, and as I got older. I kind of dove right into cutting it and not watching any tutorials which I payed the price for by having a lot of bumps from either shaving to hard and or going against the grain but forgetting to go with the grain last. What I used was some 4 blade razors which didn’t cut it all the way down but it still looked bald, so next time I will get a 5-blade razor. I started out with scissors my hair was decent length, then went to clippers which cut it down to what I call I razor shave length. As of right now I just stick to the clipper cut length and cut it every 1 ½ to 2 weeks, depending on is If things to attend to. After you shave it use oil to keep your head healthy, I use pure coconut oil and it healed the bumps fast, bumps only pop up if you aren’t cutting properly. Use twice a day if you have severe bumps, I used Gillete shaving cream on my head when I shaved it. All in all, coming from a childhood where I had braids and dreads, it didn’t hurt that I had to cut it. I still find myself as an attractive guy, I do have a beard though but I don’t think exterior makes the man. If you are struggling to let it go because of opinions, remember change is permanent, hair is just hair.

Back in college I was a recycling intern and it wasn’t that bad even though I was getting paid for it. A lot of people want to recycle or already do it, they just need more awareness of programs out there so they can help and get help to their areas. Recently been listening to Eckhart Tolle, and I would say it has helped me a lot with working on some of thoughts and the way I’m feeling. The restlessness that pops up every now and then comes from me not being present and listening to my energy within or energy fields. You quickly notice something amiss within you and you let it pass. Why suffer when don’t have too, cold showers have become more relaxing sensation, just kind of wake you up and I no longer run from it. Learn how things improve you and see how they affect you, if you like the feeling habit internalize it with self-discipline. Small things like being at my desk during work and I must stop myself from leaning forward and being too eager, a straight up posture keeps you calm and relaxed state. I’d say it’s a whole lot easier to move at times you just must keep going but don’t forget to reflect. Making sure you apply all the things you learn about yourself and the life around.

I’m deciding to take a different approach to achieving what I want out of life, and who I want to become. I have deactivated my social media accounts that is not related to business. I have notice that my self-discipline needs fine tuning, and I am going to be working on myself every chance I get. I am glad and blessed to be able to pursue what I want and I don’t want to waste any more time, by half-assing it, because I was distracted and consuming more than I was producing. Knowledge is power, now that I know I can do better, looking back isn’t an option, sure I’ll reflect from time to time if I don’t like where I am heading. Making sure I am doing things that resonate with me.

Have your standards, and always be prepared to raise them. Why settle for nothing but the best. You have one life, I repeat one life, battle those demons and listen to yourself. Do the things you like, no reason to explain things wrapped up in their own world anyways. Slowly learning not to force things, I understand that what is for me is going to happen for me. Sometimes in the moment you don’t see it at the time but at times you reflect you understand, so just keep going just watched a recent video from rom wills, check him out. My main hustle I have been having difficulty but I am determined and nothing is going to stop me. I won’t let the difficult times I am having stop me from creating and writing because I like it and love it and it will help me in different ways. It’s just like the human body everything in one life has a system to it. You can run off different fuels. Inner peace within yourself is your greatest fuel you can have.

Being on nofap journey and realizing that you must fortify that mindset, adapt where need be. I was addicted off and on for like 12 years +, I know better as I get older and the more I abstain. The certain periods throughout those years, I would have times where porn wasn’t even a factor like when I had goals during my high school years just getting my gpa up, or in college I was fed up about not being successful with ladies, grades, and anything that I felt I should be succeeding at. I concluded that no good will come from me fapping. When you do release you lose key nutrients, people that fap probably do it a minimum of 1 time a day, that drains so much energy. Yes, the release would make me feel good for a couple minutes but I would rather have control over it and not do it. It does me good to not do it, yes, I do have intense cravings but I just allow it and it passes. I have better things to do then revert to the old me that was just looking for straight pleasure overload. If you are having trouble just keep trying you will reach a point where you won’t look back anymore, yes, it is scary but it’s better than living with regret. Build every day, you can do it, don’t get comfortable or it will sneak up on you. Fix your attitude, belief, and mindset, to a winning set. If your purpose is real you shouldn’t fap ever again, this a life journey not a quick fix. What I have gained from it, is more consistency in my life with doing things I like and love.

Purpose is doing in life what you feel you are meant to do. You get fulfillment, aura of your choosing, and feeling good about yourself from pursuing purpose/mission. You can make anything your purpose because we are blessed with free will. While on this purpose you can start to make the life you to have. It is all an indicator that you are on path when you start to attract all the things you want. You can have a purpose without money being involved, let say you like to help people you can simply volunteer. Don’t make woman your purpose, if you are trying to attract them you will have needy vibes that is going to repel. Following your purpose, your inner world that you are alive and well, and you will not be fazed by external situation, you will handle life a lot smoother. Yes, your purpose can change every time, change is permanent keep going you are on the right path.

Pushing Past It

Get through those feelings, I just started not listening to music for a period. Music can control your mood to a point and bring back memories good or bad but when you are trying to improve it can be hard to focus on the now well for me. When I was working out without music I feel like I sorted through my feelings faster, I sometimes can become moody. I think music prolonged feelings making a little more difficult to finish because they linger. I have used music in the past as an escapism, while working out without I was maintain better posture during resting phases. With music, the escapism I try to create another environment depending on the song war vibe, sad vibe, and whatever I create. If you are overthinking things try abstaining from things that don’t cause you to move, and do thing that rely on your intuition. I must go deeper to find my way past escapism, entertainment is the main thing. Push myself to create more, consume less and bring out the best version of myself.

Recently declined a job offer in a city near me, yes, I am still in debt from college. It would have taken me another route to accomplish my goals instead of me focusing on forex which I have been doing for almost 1 1/2 years. Could have been a good opportunity to grow in different areas and make somebody else rich. The real reason I probably have not been succeeding in forex is because my mind was else where I wasn’t doing what I needed to do for myself. Take care of your needs first then wants and then everything else will fall in place. I must give myself space to want to give 100%, if I do something it has to be giving the best effort I can give at the time. Everything is going to add up in the end as long it makes sense to me, I am ok with it. If you have purposes stick with it no matter what it will pay off. Creating good habits is key, which is discipline.

Take the time to be alone, learn from every moment. I ask myself sometimes what am I supposed to be doing because when I am with people sometimes we are not on the same things. That us ok! You lose yourself trying to control these things even if you could it still really wouldn’t matter because they are subject to change at any moment and that would start the process all over again. Experience the moment for what it is. Now let’s head inside not just at the surface but as deep as the rabbit hole goes. Everyone’s journey is different so you can’t help them, you can only be a beacon of light moving along your path to show them that having a purpose keeps you growing and self-improving . As you will discover the mind is a tool that can be put to great use. Mindset, put your mind to something and you can accomplish it. Discover all the places in your mind, dive deep every time, learn and keep moving. Your mind isn’t the only thing apart of you. You heart can be used to speak the truth about how you are feeling, it can also drive you to certain points. The souls speak from within, it speaks to you first and then to others. Some people calls this the inner you. Grow your forest inside so that they will plant seeds in the outer world so that they too can grow. We are not one without the other.

The goals or mission of it all is to practice what you preach if you teach it. Don’t be stuck on the lower energies, free your mind. You shouldn’t be worried about other people, cut down on your consumption, consume yourself. Free those fears, know what you are feeling or at least learn it and then make that next step. Put your mind to it and you can accomplish anything, that focus that is powerful when you are on the right track. The mind can have so many thoughts always go with the first. If you don’t the mind will get to spinning and you will be in a turtle state of mind. Giving energy to the wrong thoughts is draining and wasting your time. Focus on being the best, keyword being. Two parts of the mind subconscious and conscious. Free them both there is nothing to fear, you are going to die eventually anyway.

We all know something about pain vs pleasure. If you seek pleasure all the time it will make you weak in areas of will and discipline because you are constantly getting that dopamine dose, and it can also make you numb to the right things. If you go through pain to get to pleasure for a purpose for the long term, for example working out consistently. The short term I dedicate an hour to doing that, the long term over my life if I stay consistent I will have more fit body depending on what I eat. That’s why to start now is the best option with anything you are trying to do. Once you adjust your mind, let go of what thing for the other to create what you want out of life, it will start to align and manifest in your favor. Forward thinking keeps you trusting in the process and right path, Jae McPherson was saying something about cause and effect. If you do not give up you will succeed, at the end of the day its really all in your head.

Deception Self Vs Environment

Deception can come in all forms, I’m going to break it down through my personal experiences. You can have deception come from yourself and your environment. The first form is self-deception this can come from self-bullying just being to hard on yourself. This can come from your shadow side which is rooted from your ego or mind because you may have underling issues that you may not have worked through to balance out. To balance out you must be aware of what is and learn to accept it. That is the first step and next in my book would be to check and go deeper to understand where it stems from. Sometimes the ego isn’t coping with the change, so meditation will help with that if you struggle with inner peace. Being gentle with yourself and possibly lightning your load will ease the burdens you may have to give yourself room to bring in more positive things that will help. Your knowing will guide to listen to yourself and your instincts to help develop more trust within to go about allowing change to naturally flow so that you can free your mind to know what your intentions are to yourself. Self-love is what is needed in my opinion and patience, so don’t get your panties in a bunch if you have work at it. Awareness is key, shadow side is not a bad thing it is apart to show you what is also there. You can use the deception to your own benefits so a change of perception may help. Deception from your environment comes peoples with their own self problems or what they could be projecting or they’re under current of emotions that can spread to you. The environment is made up of past present energies that collide to make certain energies in the environment that is why certain places are different than others. The shadow sides can be attracted to light or similar energies, some that are attracted to you is because you may posses a way to overcome it, therefore we have some people that can trigger you for better or worse depending on how you can handle it. Self-love is key and being proactive instead of reactive. Your mind can be your best friend or your enemy and this require a strong mind to handle what could be possible in the environment.
